The team at The VanHara Group was expanding and wanted to put together a brand image to match. They came to us with the task of creating a fresh update to their brand identity. We developed a system for them to use throughout their marketing that showcases a modern, bold brand. The VH logo was created as an abstract roof line and stained glass window. In order to attract new clients and update their aging branding, the VanHara Group asked me to create a new logo and brand identity for them. I developed a system for them to use throughout their marketing that showcases a modern, bold brand. The VH logo was created as an abstract roof line and stained glass window. The bold colors were chosen in order to stand out from an ocean of black, white, and red branding options that are overused throughout the real estate industry.

A range of brand items were created to help with their marketing efforts. I created social media graphics that can be laid over property photos to allow customers to see if a home was for sale, had an open house, or recently sold. Updated stationery was created, including envelopes, letterheads, and business cards, to coordinate. Since signage is an important factor when showing off a home, I designed an open house, for sale, and rider signs to be created and used across the state of New Jersey. In order to comply with Keller Williams, some red was added to the VanHara signs.

Because The VanHara Group wanted to have a large online presence, I also created an animated version of their logo. It was made to transition at the end an online video and showcase their contact information.

Lastly, a style guide was developed to help the team keep the branding cohesive across all mediums. Items such as fonts, colors, and logo spacing were all included. It also included samples of social media graphics, one sheets, and uniforms.
